Job Description Job Title: Senior Robotics Engineer
Location: Houston, Texas Visa Requirement We are considering candidates who are authorized to work in the United States under the following visa categories only: H4-EAD, GC Holder, GC-EAD, or U.S. Citizen (USC). Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Robotics Engineer with extensive experience supporting and optimizing existing robotic systems in a production environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting, system optimization, and engineering support, with strong emphasis on Fanuc robotics controls and Allen Bradley PLCs , as well as composites materials and process engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for composites materials and manufacturing processes.
• Support production by troubleshooting robotic, mechanical, and process-related issues.
• Provide on-site, day-shift support for Fanuc robotic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with Fanuc robots and Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Support engineering with project scoping, equipment layout, vendor coordination, and customer discussions.
• Perform basic thermal, flow, and mechanical calculations; support P&ID reviews and process definitions.
• Assist with minor programming updates, system tuning, and productivity improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12 years of experience as a Robotics Engineer or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Fanuc robotics controls.
• Experience troubleshooting Allen Bradley PLCs.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools and engineering documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in composites or carbon fiber manufacturing.
• Knowledge of thermal systems, fluid flow, and mechanical calculations.
• Familiarity with Mathcad and ASME B31.3.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments.
