ServiceNow Developer
Job Description
ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work on-site 4 days per week in our Norman, OK office.
Position Overview:
- Designs, develops, configures, and maintains ServiceNow applications supporting USPS
enterprise service management, reliability, and maintenance operations.
- Ensures compliance with USPS governance, NIST controls, and audit requirements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Implement role-based access control and least-privilege security.
- Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Support reliability metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with MTSC stakeholders.
- Support change management, releases, upgrades, and regression testing
Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000

Required Skills
- 3-7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and asset-related data.
- Experience working in audit-driven or regulated environments.
Desired Skills
Certifications (Preferred):
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ITIL Foundation or Agile/Scrum certification
- Security or equivalent security fundamentals
