Job Description

ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work on-site 4 days per week in our Norman, OK office.

Position Overview:

• Designs, develops, configures, and maintains ServiceNow applications supporting USPS

enterprise service management, reliability, and maintenance operations.

• Ensures compliance with USPS governance, NIST controls, and audit requirements.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Implement role-based access control and least-privilege security.
• Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Support reliability metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with MTSC stakeholders.
• Support change management, releases, upgrades, and regression testing

Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, and asset-related data.
• Experience working in audit-driven or regulated environments.

Desired Skills

Certifications (Preferred):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL Foundation or Agile/Scrum certification
• Security or equivalent security fundamentals
