Revenue Operations
A leading distributed generation developer led by renewables veterans with top tier energy investors is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager.
This role will be accountable for driving revenue performance across the project portfolio by overseeing subscriber management, billing, and collections in coordination with external subscription partners. The role includes ownership of subscription agreements, churn mitigation, customer experience optimization, replacement customer acquisition, and administration of third-party REC contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Own the monthly process for allocating solar bill credits to subscribers and ensuring timely revenue collection.
- Manage contracts to ensure partners are complying with all terms and conditions
- Provide accurate reporting to the rest of the organization on a monthly basis on customer and revenue related metrics
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to create a replacement customer acquisition strategy
- Enhance the overall customer experience on active projects
- Oversee entire process associated with acquiring and onboarding new customers
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in account management, portfolio or asset management, revenue operations, or related commercial roles.
- Prior experience in renewable energy, finance, real estate, or a similarly complex, regulated industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract management, including overseeing external partners, enforcing performance standards, and using contractual levers to drive results.
- Strong program and project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize effectively across competing initiatives and deadlines.
- Highly self-directed leader with a track record of managing complex portfolios, cross-functional stakeholders, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to internal and external audiences.
- Proven ability to operate with urgency, flexibility, and sound judgment in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This role is 4 days/week in office in their Atlanta HQ
