Application Architect 3 for Austin, TX, onsite job (only locals)

Responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs with interlocked financial modeling for very large complex technical solutions.

Analyzes customer service requirements and designs service solutions to meet those objectives.

Work closely with Aviation division teams to understand their functionality needs and provide suggestions and approaches as needed.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert AVN program data management lifecycle, to both internal and external customers, ranging from formal advice to internal and external customer presentations.

Advise managers and teams in the Infrastructure and Operations space as a part of business operations.

Utilize detailed industry services knowledge in the Aviation of industry-leading services solutions, including expert working level knowledge of the processes, technologies, and people components involved in the services arena.

Construct risk assessments and corresponding remediation plans relative to complex service proposals.

Evaluate prospective solutions and projects related to servers, networks, and end user computing needs.

Leverage judgement and experience to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Analytical thinking, a passion for problem-solving, patience and great communication skills will be essential

Minimum Yrs of Experience, Skills, and Qualifications Years Skills/Experience

Experience translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs with interlocked financial modelling for very large complex technical hybrid and cloud-native solutions.

Exhibits excellent analytical, problem-solving, team playing and communication skills

Demonstrated ability planning and accomplishing goals

Managing and coordinating teams and projects within a multi-sourced vendor environment

Independently performing a variety of complicated tasks, leading other technical team members

Communicating and maintaining effective working relationships with others

Preferred Skills and Qualifications Years Skills/Experience

Experience with state of Texas systems

Hands-on technical software development experience

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of VSTS, JIRA
