Preferred Locations: Birmingham, AL/Atlanta, GA /Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

For this role, we would prefer experience with the following:

• Feature refinement
• Story writing
• Agile methodologies
• Creating and writing Business Requirements
• JIRA and Confluence
• Organizational skills
• Creation of test cases for QA or UAT
• QA/UAT testing experience

Preference is to have selected candidate work in a hybrid environment. 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of related experience
Or Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of related experience

• Banking or financial services industry experience
• Experience providing application support to include troubleshooting
• Experience with business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall methodologies
