About The Role We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and foster vibrant online communities for the ClickFunnels brands. Your primary focus will be to create engaging content that resonates with our target audiences, drives traffic to our sales funnels, and supports overall marketing objectives. You will oversee content creation, community management, and social listening efforts, ensuring positive engagement and brand reputation. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with company campaigns and product launches. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics will be key to optimizing our social media presence and achieving measurable growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity to influence our digital marketing efforts and stay at the forefront of social media trends in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in social media management
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with social performance analytics tools
- Strong understanding of social networking platforms and scheduling tools
- Experience in content creation, including short-form video production
- Deep understanding of sales funnels methodology
- Familiarity with ClickFunnels platform and community is a plus
- Proficiency in AI tools for content generation and industry analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and industry trends
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and community engagement
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content tailored to various social platforms
- Manage editorial calendars and social syndication schedules to ensure timely content delivery
- Moderate and respond to comments and messages across all social channels to foster positive community interactions
- Oversee social listening campaigns to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to align social initiatives with overall company goals
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches across social media platforms
- Manage social communities, including Facebook groups, to maintain active and satisfied user bases
- Analyze performance data, prepare monthly reports, and provide insights to optimize campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategy
- Lead industry research to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth
