About Patriot Holdings International
Patriot Holdings International is a national commercial facilities management and construction firm supporting multi-location clients across the U.S. We service reactive maintenance, projects, and national rollouts. We run lean, move fast, and care about execution — not excuses.
The Role
We’re hiring a senior sales/BD leader who is already deeply connected in the facilities maintenance / FM / multi-site services world and can close enterprise accounts , expand existing national accounts , and help build our government contracting lane (federal + state).
What You’ll Do
Commercial / National Accounts
- Source and close new multi-location FM/maintenance accounts (enterprise brands)
- Expand national accounts we already service (more locations, more scope, more regions)
- Navigate procurement, RFP/RFQ processes, and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with operations/estimating to protect margin, not just top-line revenue
- Own pipeline reporting and forecasting (CRM discipline required)
Government Contracting (Federal + State)
- Identify FM/maintenance opportunities and lead capture strategy
- Coordinate compliant proposal responses (inputs, timelines, win themes)
- Build teaming partnerships (primes, subs, qualified small businesses)
- Support pursuit of government awards, including set-aside pathways when applicable
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Proven sales track record in facilities maintenance/FM (multi-site commercial)
- Demonstrated success closing and expanding large national accounts
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle end-to-end
- Strong communication, follow-through, and accountability
Strongly Preferred
- GovCon experience (capture, proposal coordination, RFP/RFQ compliance)
- Experience pursuing set-aside work via certification alignment and/or teaming
- Existing relationships with decision-makers in relevant verticals (retail, logistics, healthcare, industrial, etc.)
Compensation
Competitive base + performance-based variable comp (commission/bonus), with upside tied to results.
Employment Structure (Initial 3‑Month 1099 Consulting Engagement)
- New team members start on a 3‑month 1099 consulting basis . During this engagement, you’ll operate as an independent contractor while we evaluate results, collaboration, and overall fit. If it’s a strong match, we transition the role to full-time W‑2 employment with benefits.
How to Apply (LinkedIn)

- 1 new-logo win (what you sold + to whom + outcomes)
- 1 national account expansion you led (locations/scope growth + numbers)
- Your GovCon experience (capture, proposals, portals, teaming; can be anonymized)
- Your target base + OTE
- Confirmation you’re comfortable with the 3‑month 1099 starting contract and occasional travel
