How do I make an impact on my team?
Serve up a memorable dining experience as a Weekend Morning Hotel Server, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring every guest enjoys friendly, attentive service.
Greet every guest with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude
Take dining room and room service orders; communicating them to the kitchen through the point-of-sale system; follow-up directly with cooks as needed
Check in frequently with guests to ensure all needs and expectations are being met
Prepare checks and post payments using the point-of-sale system
Remove dishware from tables/counters during the dining experience as well as at the end; take them to the kitchen for washing
Clean and sanitize the service and guest areas of the restaurant as needed
What does success look like in this role?
Three or more months of restaurant experience
Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
