Business Analyst
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in business design, requirements documentation, and organizational facilitation. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and working with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with organizational goals. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive effective business outcomes and support loan accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align on business goals and processes
- Create business design documents and ensure traceability of requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper translation of business needs into technical solutions
- Support and enhance loan accounting systems and related financial applications
- Analyze data using SQL and Oracle to generate insights and support decision-making
- Contribute to business process improvements and organizational efficiency initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in business processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong skills in business design, documentation, and organizational facilitation
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle databases
- Experience working with loan accounting systems or financial services technology
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
