About the Role

As a Systems Operations Engineer, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Operations Engineering. You will analyze and resolve multi-faceted challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented scenarios. This role involves strategic collaboration with client personnel and contributing to solutions that meet compliance and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical systems support within a technology environment.
• Review and analyze complex Systems Operations Engineering challenges.
• Troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems using diagnostic tools.
• Support migrations from development to production, upgrades, installations, and configurations.
• Maintain and update documentation, procedures, and assist with training.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues using established guidelines.
• Participate in writing test scripts and maintaining change or issue logs.
• Analyze performance trends and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and risk management requirements.
• Contribute to testing and updating business continuity plans.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years in Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux , Tomcat, and other middleware.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow , Splunk , Grafana , Excel , Power BI , and Python.
• Experience with performance monitoring and process improvement.
