Compensation Range: $45 – 53 per hour

We are looking for a Creative Services Professional IV to empower our Social Media and Customer Marketing departments by producing high-velocity, premium, social-first video assets. This position is dedicated to high-impact, short-form production, ensuring all deliverables—from brand campaigns and live events to executive communications—are polished, professional, and on-brand.

In this role, you will be a key collaborator, interpreting creative briefs and developing original social series while executing video edits with integrated motion graphics. By actively engaging with stakeholders and incorporating feedback, you will ensure every piece of content is perfectly tuned for platform-specific engagement and resonates with our global audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching visual and motion assets that cultivate brand affinity and drive active engagement and community across social platforms.
  • Produce high-quality creative content for organic channels, ranging from static imagery and carousels to immersive stories.
  • Adopt an agile creator’s perspective: pilot new styles and trends, recognizing exactly when to capitalize on viral moments.
  • Direct and edit short-form video tailored for social media and customer-centric marketing campaigns.
  • Polishing static and motion graphics to maximize their viral potential and resonance across the digital landscape.
  • Repurpose long-form footage-such as event recordings, interviews, and product demos-into punchy, snackable social clips.
  • Integrate captions, typography, and animations to boost viewer retention and message clarity.
  • Adapt content for platform-specific specs, ensuring seamless playback across 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9 aspect ratios.
  • Build and manage a library of video templates to streamline production workflows and maintain visual cohesion.
  • Transform creative briefs and raw footage into polished, platform-ready digital assets.
  • Execute high-priority, rapid-turnaround tasks, including same-day delivery when necessary.
  • Balance a diverse project load while consistently hitting aggressive deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams (Social, Customer Marketing, and Brand) to ensure all output remains on-brand.
  • Uphold the core mission of making professional life more streamlined, enjoyable, and effective for every user.

Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio and understanding of best practices for short-form, social-first video work using After Effects, Canva, and Figma.
  • 4 years of experience in video editing and motion design, w/ some tech/software (B2B) background is preferred to ensure the candidate can thrive in the company’s fluid, product-driven environment.
  • Strong command of AI driven creative tools with an AI first approach.

Nice to have:

  • Background in supporting B2B, SaaS, or tech brands.
  • Background in developing and executing conceptual ideas with or without a brief.
  • Familiarity with customer marketing and event-driven social content.
  • Experience building scalable short-form video templates.
