Role Overview
Dependable Hospice is looking for a PT Registered Dietitian to join our compassionate care team. In this flexible, part-time role, you’ll support hospice patients and their families through thoughtful, individualized nutritional guidance. This position is a great fit for someone seeking meaningful work with a schedule that can complement other professional or personal commitments.
No hospice experience is required — we provide training and support to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

Complete nutritional assessments and create personalized care plans

Provide education and guidance to patients and families around nutrition and meal planning

Collaborate with nurses, providers, and other care team members to support holistic care

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to share nutrition-related insights
What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics; ADA certification is a plus

Experience: Two years in a nutrition or dietary-related field (education and experience combinations considered)

Location: Arizona resident with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
