About The Role We’re looking for a senior, assertive, and personable project manager with deep technical expertise and proven success managing full lifecycle datacenter or clean room builds. You’ll drive cross-functional teams, balance competing priorities, and deliver large-scale technical projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams, creating structured work plans and tracking progress against milestones.
• Coordinate the planning, management, and execution of multiple interconnected projects tied to strategic objectives.
• Proactively identify risks, variances, and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align project scope, resources, and priorities.
• Track and report on project financials, budgets, and cost variances.
• Ensure consistent communication across sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Establish and enforce standards, governance, and best practices for large-scale technical builds.
• Influence decision-making through strong executive-level communication.
• Drive adoption of new tools and processes to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes.

• Delivery of clean room / recovery space build on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Minimal impact to business continuity through proactive risk and mitigation planning.
• Strong stakeholder satisfaction, with clear and timely communication at all levels.
