Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Care Associate to provide high-quality cleaning and upkeep at multiple locations, including a home, a camper, and office spaces. You’ll travel between sites and perform a variety of cleaning tasks to help ensure each space is consistently clean and organized.

You are someone who takes pride in their work, operates with integrity, and has an eye for the little things that make a big impact.

Responsibilities

Use provided equipment (vacuums, cleaning solutions, etc.) effectively and safely

Clean surfaces such as fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors

Clean floors by hand in kitchens and bathrooms as needed

Vacuum stairs, carpets, hard floors, and upholstered furniture

Move light furniture to clean underneath and behind

Transport cleaning products and equipment to/from vehicles and job sites

Help maintain and restock supplies and equipment

Maintain a positive and professional attitude; be dependable, punctual, and in uniform

Qualifications

✅ Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience preferred ✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ✅ Ability to pass a background check and drug screen ✅ Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs ✅ Comfort working around pet hair, dust, mold, and cleaning chemicals ✅ Strong communication and customer service skills ✅ Ability to read and follow written instructions ✅ Self-motivated and able to manage multiple locations independently
