* We seek a highly driven Appointment Setter to follow up with Motivated Seller and Buyer Leads and convert them to appointments for agents

* All equipment is provided for you! All you need to get on your own is your real estate license!

* Book at least 3 appts per day, you’ll earn $80,000 to $95,000 per year!

Eligible for Health benefits, SEP Fund, Paid Time Off, and Vacation Days after 90 days.

* Available shifts: 9 – 5 pm OR 10:30 – 6:30 pm

* Must work at least (2) 10:30 – 6:30 pm shifts per week, for which

Compensation:

$80,000 – $95,000 Responsibilities:

* No cold prospecting. Call back property inquiries and requests

* Set appointments for our agents

* No marketing or advertising necessary

* All buyer and seller leads supplied

* Accountability and daily reporting

Qualifications:

* Must have or be willing to obtain your real estate license

* Must have previous Sales Experience

* A great attitude. Some customer service sales calling experience

* Good phone etiquette. Organized and highly motivated

* Self-disciplined. Able to follow directions
