Should be able to design and implement complex interactive components like visual graphs and data dashboards, with smooth animations and transitions (D3.js, SVG/Canvas, GSAP, Framer Motion, etc.). Should be comfortable with state management, API integrations, performance optimization, and accessibility best practices. Bonus if they bring experience with Next.js, GraphQL, testing frameworks, and building reusable design systems.
