Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution – Over 9 years of relevant work experience or a suitable blend of technical education and experience – 2+ years in an Agile Lead Role, such as Product Manager or Product Owner (preferred) – 2+ years in Mission Systems (preferred) – 2+ years of experience in Product Management, including schedule and cost management (preferred) – Experience with Proposal Estimation (preferred) – Familiarity with Earned Value Management (preferred) – Proficiency with tools like Jira, Clearquest, Git, and DOORS (preferred) – Strong collaborative and coordination capabilities (preferred) – Current SAFe Certifications (preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to execute hardware-software integration tasks in a dynamic Agile setting – Lead an Agile development initiative with shifting priorities to deliver quick capabilities to our F-15 United States Air Force client – Organize, identify, prioritize, and coordinate resources essential for the program, interacting with multiple scrum/Kanban teams, external resources, and stakeholders – Provide technical, business, and integration direction for product development and execution while ensuring effective communication across teams and various engineering disciplines – Define Program PI Objectives and coordinate with Scrum and Kanban Team Leads to align on those objectives within the Mission Systems team – Assist in crafting capability release plans for each development cycle
