Entry Level Optical Systems Engineer – Millennium

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in engineering or physical sciences – Strong capabilities in design, testing, and troubleshooting – Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively – Excellent communication and presentation skills – Must be eligible for a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship

Responsibilities:

• Create and run unit and system-level optical tests to confirm performance – Design and carry out modeling and simulation for system/payload performance – Assist in trade studies and various analyses to forecast system performance – Support supplier and partner performance evaluations – Aid in the internal development of optical products – Contribute to the formulation and validation of mission and unit-level requirements for electro-optical sensors and related image processing – Undertake additional tasks as required
