Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst

Requirements

Must have:

– TS/SCI Clearance required – Extensive experience with DIA tradecraft standards – Proficient in MIDB tools and geospatial applications – Familiarity with all-source methodologies for evaluating health facilities – Senior-level analytical skills for integrating data from multiple sources – Strong grasp of intelligence analysis and structured analytic techniques – Capability to communicate complex findings effectively, both orally and in writing – Experience conducting open-source and classified research – Ability to manage and maintain facility records in MIDB – Proficient in using tools such as MIDB, NPW, RemoteView, ArcGIS, Google Earth, and SketchUp

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive all-source intelligence assessments and finished intelligence products aligned with DIA/NCMI standards. – Clearly convey complex analytical findings to senior leaders and mission stakeholders, both written and orally. – Perform open-source and classified research to locate military and civilian health systems in priority countries. – Collect and evaluate data from various sources including academic research and media outlets. – Create, update, and maintain facility records within the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB). – Carry out classified and unclassified research, including data acquisition and quality control, to support intelligence products. – Utilize various tools and applications to produce geospatially layered intelligence products showing medical infrastructure. – Conduct assessments determining no-strike health infrastructure and evaluate use of medical facilities by various actors.
