IT Specialist – Systems & Networking
Requirements
Must have:
– Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI) – At least 9 months of experience in a SAP or SCI environment within the last five years – 3+ years of relevant IT experience in a DoD setting – Proven experience in supporting an IT Help Desk and delivering customer service – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills tailored for a dynamic work environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist with PCs, hardware, wireless networking, and software installation, testing, configuration, and operations – Maintain documentation for workstations, network access, and systems – Conduct administration, scheduling, and configuration for Video Teleconference (VTC) systems – Provide support for network and client accounts, including creation and modification – Offer multi-tier Help Desk assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software problems – Implement upgrades, modifications, and configurations for hardware and software systems – Set up and support desktop and laptop configurations – Diagnose and resolve system anomalies – Prepare systems for operational deployment and assist in testing activities – Efficiently manage IT workflows and service tickets
