Cyber Compliance & Business Management
About the Role:
We are seeking a Cyber Compliance & Business Management professional with a strong foundation in cybersecurity risk management, regulatory compliance, and industry standards. In this role, you will help ensure that business and technology operations align with compliance requirements and security best practices. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess risk, support audits, and contribute to business management activities that strengthen organizational security and compliance posture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support cybersecurity risk management initiatives across business and technology domains
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Assist in developing and maintaining compliance documentation, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with technology teams to align security controls with business objectives
- Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and documentation
- Monitor compliance metrics and contribute to risk reporting activities
- Participate in business management functions, including coordination across teams and projects
- Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in compliance and governance practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience, military experience, or education)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or related business management functions
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risk management frameworks and compliance standards
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements within the financial or technology sectors·
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to balance technical and business perspectives in compliance activities
