Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Work From Home Customer Account Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support and client services remotely, utilizing strong communication and computer skills. Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist clients with account inquiries, service issues, and product information via phone and online channels
  • Perform data entry accurately into company systems using Microsoft Office and other software tools
  • Manage customer accounts by updating information, processing transactions, and resolving concerns promptly
  • Provide support for client services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvements
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions for quality assurance purposes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all channels

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills required
  • Experience with data entry, cash handling, and typing at a fast pace is advantageous
  • Knowledge of outbound calling techniques and analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software is beneficial
  • Call center experience or similar roles demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills will stand out
