We’re hiring a Customer Support & Relationship Specialis t to support a growing consumer products brand with a strong focus on customer experience and long-term loyalty. This role sits at the intersection of support, communication, and relationship-building. You’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping resolve questions, guide decisions, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

You’ll work closely with customers across different stages of their journey while collaborating with internal teams to keep experiences smooth and consistent.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual channels
  • Build ongoing relationships by understanding customer needs and preferences
  • Provide product guidance and help customers navigate options
  • Resolve issues with care, clarity, and follow-through
  • Track interactions and outcomes in internal systems
  • Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams
  • Participate in training to stay current on products and best practices
