What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar and schedule
- Screen, manage, and respond to emails and incoming communications for the CEO
- Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analyses and documentation
- Plan and organize meetings, compiling agendas and minutes as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality of executive and company information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Associate’s degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
