The person in this position will teach 3rd-5th grade classes using the Show Me Nutrition curriculum. There will be food and material preparation prior to class, and classroom cleaning after class. Lessons will consist of 50 minute time slots in schools in Larimer county and the Denver metro area.

This position is responsible for assisting in the revision of Eating Smart Being Active. The chosen candidate will assist the EFNEP director in revising ESBA to conform to the 2020 Dietary Guidelines for Americans.
