The Opportunity
We are retained to appoint a VP Product to lead product vision, strategy, and execution. This executive will play a pivotal role in defining the roadmap, deepening engagement with carrier clients, and ensuring delivery of market-leading technology solutions that solve the unique challenges of today’s insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product strategy and roadmap, aligned with carrier needs and business growth.
- Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Engage directly with carrier clients to capture requirements and translate them into innovative product features.
- Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing product management team.
- Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Client Success to ensure alignment across delivery and execution.
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform product direction.
- Report to the executive leadership team and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Candidate Profile
- 12+ years’ experience in product management, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success building and scaling enterprise software products for insurance carriers.
- Deep understanding of carrier operations, technology stacks, and workflow pain points.
- Experience delivering bespoke or configurable technology solutions to large enterprise clients.
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and scaling product teams.
- Strategic, commercially minded, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
