What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Provide complex administrative support for department projects and office operations
  • Prepare spreadsheets, charts, correspondence, and manage calendars
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and sort and distribute mail
  • Respond to inquiries and triage and route calls effectively
  • Maintain and update the contract database and assist with new hire processing

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field plus 3 years of related experience; or HS/GED plus 5 years of related experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office experience for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree
  • Superior verbal and written English communication skills, including excellent grammatical, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web browsers
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective time management

  • Experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
  • Familiarity with office inventory management and supply ordering
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and health-sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with various levels of staff and external contacts
