What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide complex administrative support for department projects and office operations
- Prepare spreadsheets, charts, correspondence, and manage calendars
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and sort and distribute mail
- Respond to inquiries and triage and route calls effectively
- Maintain and update the contract database and assist with new hire processing
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field plus 3 years of related experience; or HS/GED plus 5 years of related experience
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office experience for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree
- Superior verbal and written English communication skills, including excellent grammatical, editing, and proofreading skills
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications and web browsers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective time management

- Experience in a healthcare-related administrative role
- Familiarity with office inventory management and supply ordering
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and health-sensitive information
