Chief Financial Officer

Non-Profit Behavioral Healthcare provider with 350 employees seeks an Interim CFO for a 5 month duration to oversee the accounting and finance functions. This role will work onsite daily and manage a team of 10, with the Sr Director Finance & Accounting reporting directly into this role.

This role requires a seasoned CFO with significant healthcare delivery industry experience. Key responsibilities include validating the annual budget and investigating prior year’s budget deficit, overcoming delayed financial reporting, transitioning from cost-based to fee-for-service Medi-Cal reimbursement, and better optimizing the 60 day payment cycle from the government.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or related field of study.
• Experienced CFO with significant healthcare delivery experience.
• Extremely high degree of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
