IT Applications Supervisor

Requirements

Must have:

– Preferred: Associates degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field – Required: At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a comparable technical position, preferably in healthcare – Prior experience in team leadership, project management, and customer service is preferred – Strong leadership and communication capabilities to effectively guide and inspire a team – Proficient in IT project management methodologies and tools – Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills – Comprehensive understanding of IT applications, systems, infrastructure, and operations – Familiarity with process analysis, optimization, and documentation – Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance, direction, and oversight to designated IT team(s) – Manage daily operations to ensure the effective functioning of IT systems and services – Supervise user support and troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise – Coordinate with vendors and third-party services as needed – Assist in the implementation of IT policies and procedures – Monitor system performance and efficiency – Work closely with the IT Manager to prioritize and execute IT projects
