Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience – Proficient in software development using programming or scripting languages including Java, JavaScript, C#, and Python – Experience working in an Agile development setting, utilizing tools such as Jira and Confluence – Must possess a Top Secret security clearance with an investigation date within the last 5 years and ability to obtain an SCI clearance – Knowledge of cloud-native development technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm – Familiarity with frameworks such as .NET Core, Angular, etc. – Experience with GitLab CI/CD, including deployment pipelines and automated build tools – Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL and Redis – Strong grasp of modern technology frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, DevOps, and data architecture – Active TS/SCI security clearance is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a software developer on an Agile team responsible for developing both front-end and back-end services for innovative web applications – Utilize industry-standard open-source software solutions such as GitLab, Kubernetes, and Docker – Manage Kubernetes clusters, automate container deployment with Helm, and support Agile development teams through the creation and maintenance of tools, pipelines, scripts, and development environments – Engage in daily scrums, software sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives – Develop and showcase software capabilities to internal and external stakeholders
