Junior Full-Stack Developer (Python, JavaScript)

Requirements

Must have:

– Completed bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. – 0–2 years of personal or professional experience in Python, JavaScript, and GitHub; familiarity with Odoo is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a secure web-based employee portal using Python and JavaScript. – Develop and uphold integrations with Odoo through APIs and custom modules when necessary. – Create secure and scalable backend services for authentication, permissions, and business logic. – Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces based on Figma designs for internal users. – Manage employee, operational, and system data with relational databases. – Collaborate with product owners and Scrum Master to gather and interpret requirements into technical solutions. – Ensure proper role-based access and data protection across the portal. – Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and enhance system reliability continuously.

Our consumer-facing platform, Tyket, complements our mission as we develop internal systems to support our growing team and operations. We are currently looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer to aid in the development and maintenance of our internal employee portal, directly integrating with Odoo. Our work environment is collaborative, requiring in-person attendance from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We offer a starting salary of $20 per hour, which increases to $25 per hour after a three-month probation period, with further raises based on performance.
