Quality Assurance Engineer

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline – Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing setting – Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and data analysis techniques

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for plant quality systems and ensure compliance with customer quality standards – Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions for quality and production challenges – Create and uphold PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions – Track KPIs, scrap rates, warranty data, etc., and promote continuous improvement initiatives – Assist with internal and external audits – Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality concerns – Contribute to APQP, PPAP, and the launch of new products
