Senior Solution Architect, Enterprise Platforms

Requirements

Must have:

– Bachelors degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience – Minimum of five (5) years of relevant IT experience; at least two (2) years in architecture roles – Strong familiarity with ServiceNow capabilities and best practices across various modules such as CMDB, Discovery, and Service Management preferred – Experience collaborating with agile teams and understanding agile principles is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the overarching solution architecture strategy and roadmap for business projects – Act as an architectural consultant during cross-functional delivery to ensure cohesive, value-driven designs with stakeholders – Ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable, aligning with business strategies while promoting data integrity – Mentor teams on architecture best practices within Business, Application, Technology, Information, and Security domains – Address complex integration challenges across multiple systems – Design effective interfaces to promote data reuse for reporting and integrations – Represent the solution architecture in strategy discussions, collaborating with IT and cybersecurity teams to prioritize projects – Align business requirements with technical solutions to address core business problems
