Job Title: Technical Full Stack Lead

Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid – 3 days Onsite a week)

++Key Responsibilities:++

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of a highly interactive, front-end focused platform using React JS.
• Oversee full-stack development efforts, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability across the application lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide a team of full-stack developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end services.
• Manage agile sprints, prioritize development tasks, and contribute to technical strategy and architectural decisions.

++Qualifications:++

• 8–12 years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2+ years in a technical lead or supervisory role.
• Deep expertise in Angular, AEM, React JS, including hooks, context API, state management, and advanced front-end patterns.
• Strong proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Solid experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL database management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect solutions that scale.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive leadership style.
