Metric-Geo is recruiting on behalf of a top general contractor for a Project Executive to lead construction project teams, including superintendents, managers, engineers, and administrative staff. The role involves setting operational priorities and managing relationships with clients, subcontractors, and field personnel.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, with 5–10 years’ experience managing $15–25M+ construction projects.
- Strong background in construction, design, finance, and project management.
- Proficient in structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil construction practices.
- Skilled in estimating and leading preconstruction efforts.
- Effective leadership and team management techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of construction software and industry standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
- OSHA 10 Certification (or ability to obtain pre-employment).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen.
