Ivy Lodge Assisted Living is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Representative / Live Chat Agent to support families, prospective residents, and general inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels. This role focuses on delivering timely, respectful, and compassionate communication while ensuring a positive first impression of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries
- Provide general information about services and care levels
- Schedule tour requests and call-backs accurately
- Route inquiries to appropriate departments or team members
- Maintain clear and organized communication records
- Adhere to privacy and confidentiality guidelines
Requirements
- Customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer, typing, and email proficiency
- Professional, calm, and empathetic communication style
