Job Summary

Ivy Lodge Assisted Living is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Representative / Live Chat Agent to support families, prospective residents, and general inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels. This role focuses on delivering timely, respectful, and compassionate communication while ensuring a positive first impression of our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries
  • Provide general information about services and care levels
  • Schedule tour requests and call-backs accurately
  • Route inquiries to appropriate departments or team members
  • Maintain clear and organized communication records
  • Adhere to privacy and confidentiality guidelines

Requirements

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer, typing, and email proficiency
  • Professional, calm, and empathetic communication style

Preferred Qualifications

  • Live chat or virtual support experience
  • Healthcare, senior living, or hospitality background
