We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with an analytical mindset. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work closely with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and process analysis is essential, along with the ability to create process maps. Proficiency in using Visio or a similar tool for documenting process flows is required. You should feel comfortable raising issues to leadership and have a solid understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel). Additionally, we expect you to have expertise in Technical Writing and Functional Documentation.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead the process and requirements definition for the Cybersecurity risk reduction process implemented through a new tool rollout. Your primary duties will include requirements elicitation and documentation, conducting gap analysis, analyzing processes, mapping processes, and communicating with stakeholders. It is vital that you quickly understand how the tool will be used in the certification process and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are clearly defined and documented. You will also identify any gaps between requirements and the tool’s functionality.

We prefer candidates who have experience working within a Cybersecurity organization and possess knowledge of Compliance and Audit procedures and processes. Familiarity with control definitions or operations to meet regulatory objectives such as PCI, SOX, GDPR, and GxP is a plus.
