Carpenter Foreman
Seeking a Carpenter Foreman for a direct hire opportunity in Madison, WI.

Salary is at $35 – $45 hourly depending on experience
Responsibilities for Carpenter Foreman:
- Manage crew for new construction framing and finish work
- Commercial ground up and interior remodel projects
- Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent, and communicate effectively.
- Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline.
- Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site.
- Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline.
- Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving.
Qualifications for Carpenter Foreman:
- 3 plus years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience in managing jobs required
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experienced in Finished Carpentry and Framing, and work desired.
- High school diploma or equivalent
