Rockstar is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing ecommerce holding company that generates $20M/year in revenue across multiple brands in skincare and supplements. The client is on a mission to scale to $100M and is seeking a world-class Head of Marketing to lead this growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact leadership team with significant upside potential.

This role is ideal for a performance-driven, systems-oriented growth leader. The Head of Marketing will own the full growth strategy—across Amazon, Shopify, and new channels—and build the engine that scales the brand portfolio 5x.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Amazon marketer or in a similar role

  • Experience working for at least 1 year in one or more Amazon accounts generating a minimum of $5M/year in revenue

More Requirements

  • MUST: Have a clear strategy for PPC that involves monitoring organic ranking and advanced research methods (not just reducing ACOS to target levels)

  • MUST: Know how to utilize Flat Files for making bulk changes in PPC campaigns

  • BIG BONUS: Have strategies for utilizing PPC automation tools such as Helium 10 to support the PPC optimization strategy

  • Must be able to start working from 8AM to 11AM CET at the latest

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Management of PPC

  • Monitor PPC campaigns on a daily basis

  • Direct a team of VAs on changes needed to campaigns

Launching New Products

  • Conduct deep research into new markets for marketing strategy and launch planning

  • Provide intensive attention to newly launched products on a daily basis (tens of new products per year)

Long-Term Reporting to Leadership

  • Create performance and strategy reports for leadership to articulate plans, forecast future outcomes, and showcase past performance

Create SB Video & Image Ads

  • Research top-performing SB Video and Image ads from similar markets

  • Develop creative briefs and collaborate directly with video editors and graphic designers

  • Oversee ad creation and ensure quality execution
