Requirements

Must have:

– 1-2 years of pertinent maintenance, mechanical, or HVAC experience – Practical experience with tools and repair work – Background in general facilities maintenance or mobile service

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs at various facilities – Handle basic HVAC, plumbing, and door repairs – Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks – Collect parts and supplies as necessary from the warehouse – Review and complete daily work orders using an iPad – Engage professionally with clients and site contacts – Travel between 15-18 locations using a company-provided van

We are seeking a Mobile Engineer who will be in charge of general building maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks across 15-18 assigned sites. Working independently, this role supports our leading commercial real estate services organization. You will receive daily work orders via an iPad and need to show strong mechanical knowledge along with exceptional customer service skills while on-site. We supply a van, tools, gas card, phone, and tablet to assist you during your daily operations. Additional skills that would be beneficial include basic Microsoft and computer skills, strong organizational habits, and attention to detail.
