Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of internal and client-based projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track project activities, resources, and timelines
  • Maintain and update project documentation and reports
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
  • Assist in budget tracking and risk assessment
  • Monitor project progress and promptly resolve issues or delays
  • Support the Project Manager in ensuring that objectives are achieved on time and within scope
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items

Qualifications Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
