Job Summary:

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst — Manual Testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and working closely with development and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Test Planning & Execution

Create and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.

Perform functional, regression, and system testing.

🔹 Defect Management

Identify, document, and track defects using defect-tracking tools.

Collaborate with developers to ensure timely defect resolution.

🔹 Requirements Analysis

Review requirements and specifications to ensure test coverage and clarity.

🔹 Collaboration

Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product teams.

🔹 Documentation

Prepare test plans, test cases, and test summary reports.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

✅ Minimum 2 years of QA or manual testing experience

✅ Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC

✅ Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools

✅ Strong analytical and communication skills
