Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer with strong expertise in AP, AR, GL, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules to support a Healthcare client with Medicaid experience . The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical experience in Oracle EBS development, integrations, and support within a regulated healthcare environment.

Note: Experience in the Healthcare domain , specifically Medicaid systems, is a strong plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS R12 modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and P2P
• Design and develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers
• Work on Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher) , and Workflow
• Support and enhance P2P lifecycle including requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments
• Develop and support interfaces, conversions, and reports
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Developer
• Expertise in AP, AR, GL, and P2P modules
• Advanced PL/SQL development skills
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12
• Experience working in federal or government-regulated environments
