Requirements

Must have:

– Minimum 1 year of experience in software design and development using programming languages such as Python, C/C++, or Java – At least 1 year of experience in backend development or cloud environments – Bachelors degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field preferred – Experience within an agile software development lifecycle – Proficient in C++, Python, or Java – Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and Linux – Understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) – Knowledge of microservices architecture and operations – Experience with relational databases and AI/ML techniques – Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLM) preferred – MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related engineering field is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior engineers in designing, refining, and implementing large language models tailored for specific needs – Gather, clean, and pre-process substantial datasets to guarantee quality for model training and assessment – Develop and improve prompts to enhance model performance and efficiency for various applications – Execute model evaluations, analyze outcomes, and conduct testing and debugging of AI systems to identify strengths and areas for improvement – Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code in accordance with software engineering best practices – Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including product managers and systems engineers, to integrate AI solutions into diverse programs – Produce clear and comprehensive documentation for code, models, and evaluation processes – Engage in continuous learning to stay updated in natural language processing and generative AI, proposing and implementing cutting-edge solutions
