Government Analytics Technology Integrator
Requirements
Must have:
– Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited program – Over 9 years of relevant work experience – At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles – Proven ability to lead by influence and collaborate with diverse teams on projects – Prior experience in Systems Engineering, including system design, requirements development, and validation processes
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong connections with stakeholders throughout the organization to address technology-related challenges and seize opportunities – Develop and convey a cohesive approach to the execution of technology strategies and priorities – Collaboratively design outcome-driven Technology Roadmaps that align with business objectives and optimize R&D investments – Work with teams from various departments to gather market intelligence and inform technology investment decisions – Guide technical teams in formulating and managing technology strategies to support R&D initiatives – Identify and pursue opportunities for synergy across different platforms and capabilities – Advocate for process improvements that enhance stakeholder value – Oversee systems engineering initiatives that span multiple business units and programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives – Collaborate with teams to define and uphold system requirements, interfaces, and verification needs – Assess customer and operational requirements to integrate performance criteria and ensure compatibility across all interfaces – Conduct design evaluations and technical assessments, offering recommendations to ensure system effectiveness – Support the development and enhancement of requirements management processes, including tools and risk management frameworks
