IT Systems Engineer – Millennium Space

Requirements

Must have:

– Experience in Linux and Windows architecture – Proficient in virtualization technologies (vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V) – Knowledge in Azure and Office 365 Tenant administration – Familiarity with storage services and platforms (e.g., Dell PowerStore, PowerVault) – CompTIA Security+ certification – Bachelors degree in a technical field like engineering or computer science, or equivalent work experience – Minimum of four years in system engineering or at least seven years in a senior systems administrator position – Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, requiring U.S. Citizenship.

Responsibilities:

• Install and set up operating systems, software, and hardware components, while thoroughly documenting design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks – Utilize advanced configuration, administration, and optimization of hosts and servers to guarantee high availability of infrastructure and systems – Engage in the design of information and operational support systems – Investigate and propose innovative and, where feasible, automated methods for system engineering tasks.
