You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual narratives that engage our audience and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms.

🪶 Overall Responsibilities

• Optimize digital content for diverse platforms to ensure a consistent and visually satisfying user experience.

• Stay informed about industry trends, design software, and new technologies, including AI, to elevate the quality and innovation of digital content.

• Develop compelling stories using 2D and/or 3D motion graphics tailored for social media.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project needs, contribute creative ideas, and guarantee design solutions meet business goals.

• Effectively manage several projects concurrently, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

🪶 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

• 4+ years of professional experience in motion design, preferably within digital, agency, fintech, or crypto environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D and 3D motion graphics, storytelling, and brand-aligned visual content.
