Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Engineer II to leverage their analytical talents and profound SQL/dashboarding skills on our AWS DCE team. The successful candidate will design, build, and maintain crucial metrics and dashboards, driving insights into customer behavior and program effectiveness. This role requires handling large-scale datasets, offering actionable insights to optimize program strategies and improve decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate program and marketing content effectiveness (conversion, retention, customer response).
  • Design and maintain metrics/dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and QuickSight.
  • Conduct A/B tests and multivariate experiments for program optimization.
  • Provide analysis and insights for strategic decision support to senior leadership.
  • Apply data modeling and analysis to identify trends and insights.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3 years of experience in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing them for performance.
  • Experience working with large-scale complex datasets
  • Experience in Data Visualization using Tableau OR Quicksight

Industry Experience:

  • Preferably with a background in AWS cloud tools and services.
