JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experience Required: 8 Years
*Lead end-to-end modernization of BI platforms with a focus on Power BI.
*Migrate legacy reports and dashboards to Power BI, ensuring performance and usability.
*Redesign and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable solutions.
*Implement best practices for Power BI governance, version control, and security.
*Integrate Power BI with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data sources.
*Conduct training and enablement sessions to promote Power BI adoption.
*Monitor usage and performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
*Stay current with Power BI updates and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
*8 years of experience in BI and analytics, with strong expertise in Power BI.
*Proven experience in BI modernization and migration projects.
*Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
*Experience with SQL, Azure Data Services, and ETL tools.
*Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills:
*Experience with legacy BI tools (e.g., SSRS, SAP BO, Cognos).
*Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
*Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
