The Project Coordinator will support the Internet Technology team by providing administrative, coordination, and project support services across multiple initiatives. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage data, support project managers, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a remote work environment.
++Key Responsibilities++
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintenance in enterprise systems (e.g., PeopleSoft).
- Serve as a coordination point between project managers, team leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Triage incoming project requests and route tasks appropriately.
- Support reporting, basic data analysis, and preparation of project-related documentation.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and business process updates.
- Provide customer-facing communications, both internal and external.
- Support ad-hoc requests and other duties as assigned to ensure the effective operation of the Shared Services team.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat.
++Education and Experience++
- Entry-level role.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Relevant administrative, coordination, or project support experience is a plus.
